How rough of a life is post MBA MBB? In terms of hours/work life balance

Hello, I was in a verbally abusive college relationship and struggled with mental health. Therefore, my gpa suffered greatly (2.9). However, I now have a good job and am doing very well. Should I explain the reason for my low GPA in my MBA app? I’m applying to LBS, Booth, Stanford, UCLA, UCB etc.

Has anyone looked into/ pursued a MLS (Masters of Legal Studies) degree as a way to grow in their career and give more options... for now or a life after advertising? Would love to talk.

One of my junior associates recently resigned and I've been trying to make an exit myself for several months now. The job market has been really competitive but I am getting closer to getting a new job and moving on. The firm culture isn't great and work-life balance is non existent. I have an interview on Friday, if they hire me and I take it, I’m leaving a toxic work environment, very poor management and nosy coworkers for another Union job but I feel better RBI’s new job will have better work relations, room for growth and better management. Once you get into a FAANG company, is it better to stay where you are or move around? I’m a dissatisfied with my current job but I have vesting stocks, work 9-5, and people to know and respect me. I m into QA as functional test planner for more than two years and now i m mood to change my role to automation, but after certification in selenium and Tosca my lead was not able to provide me the project based on automation so they are rolling me off from the project. Telling u will get automation project on bench.
Now i m confused what had happened and what to do on bench.

I have been with the company for six years now starting as lead graphic designer working my way to the production manager. since becoming the production manager two years ago I am responsible for 4 large format printers and 1 vinyl plotter. I’m wearing too many hats but I love what I do. I would love to be a remote graphic designer but I don’t know where to start. Any suggestions?

Went for a pre-employment drug test yesterday. They never asked me if I was on any medications. I had to ask them and was told "oh yeah, just put any you may think make a difference in this text box." I put Xanax, Flexeril, and gabapentin. All of which are prescribed and used as directed. Now I'm terrified that I should have put ALL my meds, to including my psych meds. I've been sober over 12 years and never touched drugs (just booze) but I'm having a full blown panic attack.

Does PHR certification help in India, as this is globally recognised how much valuable is this currently in indian job market.

Just taking the opportunity to get current. Sober 3 years and 10 months. This past couple weeks have been stressful and my mind slipped into fantasizing about my drug of choice. Last week I flipped out at some of my wife's family. I did an amends and I think time will heal this one. It's all up to HP. Although I have neglected my morning practice this week, I'm practicing self compassion with positive self talk.
