Best way to find good cross continent business class flight deals for leisure trip using points? I have bunch of Amex, Delta and CSR points. Used to watch out on points guy site but that hasn’t been too good lately.

Has anyone cancelled their relative’s flight on Delta and used the eCredit to book flights for themselves later? Looking to cancel a flight for someone and not sure if I can later use the e credits since they won’t live here.
