Hi Fishes,
I have 7.3 YOE and my Tech Stark is SAP UI5/ Fiori Developer.
I currently have 2 offers in hand, one from Sopra Steria, Technical Lead 2B - CTC 18.6 LPA which is completely fixed and the other offer is from Capgemini, Manager C2- CTC 18 LPA(Variable 10%) and joining bonus 50k.
Please help me by suggesting which one I can go forward with.
Thanks !!
I have some doubt regarding pf contribution... Say for example.. 12% of my base salary is 600 which gets deducted from my salary.. on the flip side.. the company has to contribute 600 to my pf (which is actually deducted from my salary only like already part of CTC)?. So my question again is that.. the company contributes 600 as well? PwC

What is the CTC range for C and SC in Big 4?
Chief
How did you do this? Having worked at both Kpmg and Deloitte in the US, Director at KPMG is the same level as Senior Manager at Deloitte. Is it different in USI or KGS?
For example, hierarchy at Kpmg is : Associate, Senior Associate , Manager, Director, MD/Partner
At Deloitte, it is Analyst, Consultant, SC, Manager, SM and MD/Partner
Deloitte US doesn't even have a Director level, does USI have Directors?

Is this for the India team or Global services? Like EY India/PwC India or EY GDS/PwC AC
It's an average including both gds and india units as Glassdoor usually has firm name where i selected the area as India so both are included in these figures.
How is the hierarchy defined in Big4?
C
SC
AM
M
AD
D
Correct?
In RA we have
Analyst
Sr. Analyst
Consultant
Assistant Manager
Deputy Manager
Manager
Associate Director
Director
Partner
Seems salaries on higher side ,the only relevance with this data is with the avg row salaries, which is well rightly depicted in the above data..
How many data points?
50+ for each of the director row, 100+ for senior manager and 200+ for managers
Would be wonderful if this data can be presented at Analyst/A.Con level as well ?
+1 for sc 3
Which service line ?
Is this available for lower level?
Basically consultant, AM etc.
I'm due for promotion to AM so would help.
So technology pays more? Because in IT have seen people crazy packages 🙄
