BNY Mellon. Can anyone give any suggest - is it worth to jump in BNY(London) for a VP titile, focus on tech audit, got a very positive feedback after interview with their UK LTs, but now after reviewing everyone's feedback it look so bad the culture? anyone can comment anything if it worth for few years just for the title and experience? depends upon where you are and willing to put through. Work culture is just like any other bank, but if you are coming from consultancy or IT, i would say 'avoid banks'.

Is the experience worth it? Yes. The US/ Pittsburgh culture is highly influenced by who knew you in high school, turn around time is pretty fast if you ask too many questions. As VP in AML KYC — I wanted to run but the pay was good, training was terrible. “Laid off at that 1%” Hope it gets better! Good luck.
lol— I was laid off and I found this the best exit strategy. I didn’t see it coming. I’d say, look for something that is equivalent or better than in another company that would find your resources useful. The difficulties are that we implement internal processes that don’t work with other companies, imho.
I would suggest looking on Glassdoor to see what reviews you can find on there. Those can be very telling as far as culture is concerned.
