Guys there’s this boot camp that I came across that trains people to get jobs in Top consulting firms and has a fee plan wherein you pay once you get placed. I just wanted to know if someone here has any experience with this ?

Lol no....especially if they put you through the training or paid for it. When I was at BAH last year I tried this and was told to kick rocks because they offered the opportunity for me to get it.
Going to be team-specific - there is no firm-wide standard.
Maybe I’m one of the ‘bad ones,’ but I’ve never given an ad hoc salary bump for completing a cert. In almost all cases, they’re in-line with natural growth and career progression expectations. The firm provides $10k/yr (to those with 3? years at the firm) for continuing education, training, certs, etc. I push all staff to utilize all they can. I do review full year accomplishments when making salary actions for staff, so it would be considered then, just not at time of completion.
I got a bump for my PMP but that was like 10 years ago. But I recall it being a standard bump, not anything my CM had to finagle.
Like B1 there’s no firm-wide benefit that automatically bumps your salary when you get a specific cert. That being said you could make a business case for an MSA based on a certain certification increasing your market value
At least a few years ago? Hell no.
The 5to10k money for training is tuition reimbursement which you'll owe if you leave.
I see several responses have pretty much covered this. For what it’s worth, I’ve earned a couple certs throughout the pandemic and am about to take my PMP (self paid, not through BAH). My conversations with leadership about salary adjustments have been ongoing and basically my certs are “nice to have” but they don’t really care. They certainly aren’t providing me with any additional pay although this could be different on other contracts. If you’re looking to make a switch, advocate for yourself through Market Salary Adjustments but don’t get your hopes up.
