So I've been at my job for 5+ years as a data analyst/back office support team. I made my way up into making a little over $40k. I've been WFH the past 2 yrs and overtime more than half my team has now been pulled out to work for a diff department which resulted in me taking 90% of our daily tasks to handle. Currently making $160k TC in NYC working 40 hours a week, but recently got an offer for $300k TC with 60-80 work weeks. They were up front about the hours expectation.
