I need to get my H1B stamped and the US embassy in my home country (Delhi/ India) doesn’t have any appointments at all for the entirety of 2022 and beyond. Is there any way around this or am I stuck in the US for the foreseeable future?

How flexible is Deloitte with the start date because of H1b processing time? I signed the offer mid-may for July 12 because it seemed realistic enough for premium H1b transfer. But the lawyers seem slower than what I was used to and July 12 does not seem likely. Is this going to be a problem?

Is 8000 SGD per month is sufficient for 7.5 yrs of exp in testing. We both together have 40-42 lac package in India. Also I will be moving with husband and my baby so can I manage in these expenses. How to enquire about company. They will just pay tickets and 10 days accommodation. Dependent visa we have to pay. Should I go forward with this offer or not.

I have cleared technical round interview at Infosys. Waiting for HR discussion. I am expecting 13LPA (including 10% variable pay). Will they offer job with this package?
