Is it okay if I ask my interviewer from the first round tips for the next round of interview/format of interviews? They’re a school alumni.

Recently interviewed at Adobe, it was great. Even the senior designer I was connected with escalated it a lot. But then suddenly after the last interview, I haven’t heard in a week from them even after multiple follow ups. Recruiter said she will reach out on Monday, but even Tuesday passed now. Should I wait a week or move on for other offers?

If Joe can’t even do an unscripted interview or event, how can we expect him to run the country? Guess what, the world doesn’t follow a neatly orchestrated script, and bringing a teleprompter into meetings is generally frowned upon.

I have been giving a few interviews lately and every Company is asking me to confirm if i can get my NP reduced from 90 Days to 45 or 60 Days. I'm still under probation but assigned to a Project already. Should I ask my Account Manager and HR about it or its unethical to do so. Am i making a mistake to ask and confirm about NP even before my offer letter or its ok to just enquire what's the process and possibility to reduce NP as we have buyout option too.

Out of that only 117 have been viewed that’s 6% viewed! the hiring process is completely broken, human resources, managers, and hiring managers are not capable! The same jobs open for 2 1/2 yrs reposting salaries after interviewing 100 then cutting the salary by up to $50k They say can’t find people but they fire you in 90 days when your working 80 hours a week or people are walking!

Question, if you pay off your house isn’t a 100k salary more than enough to sustain a good lifestyle? My goal has always been to payoff my mortgage then find a really easy analyst role to sustain my expenses. Assuming I’m a director/VP by the time my mortgage is paid off I’d probably be able to do an analyst 40hr week in like 10hrs. Esp at some of these low expectation companies. What do y’all think about this plan?
