What is a good interview answer for leaving a job after a few months when the real reason is that you’re sleeping with one eye open in hopes of not being on the chopping block after two rounds of massive layoffs? Company culture is at an all-time low, and it will only go down from here from what I’ve seen in the short months I’ve been there.

3L with mostly A’s and B’s. I am having the worst luck trying to find work for after school and my experience working with lawyers has left me completely dejected. I cannot get an interview to save my life. I was so excited to get an externship summer after 2L with a small business and IP firm only to get yelled at on the phone a few times for not doing an assignment correctly. Mind you, I was working FOR FREE as it was a school connected externship. That made me never want to work in the law.

If an employee mentions something disparaging or accusatory about their manager during an exit interview, how would you handle? What happens if what the employee said is slanderous and a “he said/she said” situation? I.e. employee claimed the manager made a disparaging remark about an item of clothing being worn by someone in accordance with their beliefs. If you opt to share the feedback with the manager, would the manager have a legal case against the company or former employee?

Hello there. I have been interviewing with Okta and got through all 5 rounds of interviews. They say they want to offer me the job but there is a global freeze for all marketing roles at the company. 1. I was on bench in my company since April 2022, So since may I was started looking for the opportunities for better pay but didn't got any offer still attending interviews.
2. In June 2022 i got know that I will have to work on 2 client's project which will be 50% 50% allocation on both sides.
3. I will be getting offer soon from one of the MNC, In that case what should I do?? Should I resign or go ahead with 2 client's project in my organization??

I just started a new job 2 months ago, benefits and PTO don’t start until 90 days in so I still have a month before I can take off any time, and today found out my company doesn’t offer paid maternity leave.
I’m really struggling handling the symptoms and maintaining my full time job. Thinking about looking for a part time job to have more time to myself through the pregnancy since I won’t be getting a paid leave anyways, but lost on where to start looking. Any recommendations?

My friend have cleared Tata Elxsi interview 5 months back and received her offer letter. Still now she haven’t recvd a joining letter. Couple of other friends are also facing similar issue.

I received a job offer from company A and am currently negotiating salary. I have an interview with company B next week and know that they offer a higher base pay. There’s no guarantee that I will be offered a job at company B but my gut is telling me that company B would be a better fit for me. Should I accept the offer from company A, continue interview process with company B and then rescind my offer with company A if company B offers me a job? Will I be burning bridges?

Now I have received another offer from a fintech organization in Berlin, Germany who are providing me 69k Euros as base salary + 5k Euros as RSU and also an on call support of 5k Euros annually + complete relocation assistance package. How am I supposed to get that experience if one of the things holding me back is not having enough agency experience?
