Boston 🐠: I'm going to be in Boston for two days, staying at the Westin Copley. Any suggestions on where to park, rather than paying the hotel's $53/day rate? (Not there for work.)

Re-evaluate whether you really need a car if you're there for personal reasons. Zipcar is cheaper than parking. If you're driving your car up, leave it at the airport.

Boston parking is pretty expensive. You can try parking outside of the city on the green line. Other than that, you're talking maybe saving $10 a day if you looked hard enough.

Or the Pru- which validates if you have make a purchase (Starbucks counts!)

Boston common garage. I think that's capped at a more reasonable rate

Green street parking garage in Cambridge .

I live in Manhattan; I understand city parking. But I know of plenty of garages there around $30 a day. Assuming there are also some in Boston?

Weekday or weekend? If weekend there are a few garages in seaport/Southie that are cheap.

There's a garage on Clarendon (near back bay t stop) that might be cheaper.

Have you tried checking on ParkWiz or some other parking spot finder app?

Street parking

The Clarendon garage is like $35 on a weekday. I'm sure it's cheaper over the weekend.

Does Boston have SpotHero or an equivalent?

Weekday. I will check out the Clarendon garage and Boston Common garage!

Just saw Lucca next to Westin, has $12/day weekend rate.

Looking for weekdays

Hello, I could use some advice regarding my compensation. I have 1year and 9 months of experience in social media as I worked with a multinational agency in the middle east. I am currently pursuing a master’s degree in marketing and will be graduating in 2023. I am doing a summer internship in marketing in a startup in Montreal. I would like to continue with them as a part time employee until I graduate and was wondering how much should I ask for as an hourly pay with my experience?

I’m an early startup having raised a bit of money from family and friends to help grow my business. Time is moving fast and I’m potties I won’t hit my targets and being the return back to those who invested.
Once I have used the money that’s been invested there’s no way of seeing it again and still bringing the return quick enough.

The numbers still show it’s possible, I still believe in the concept and I’m still growing, I think I just have some imposter syndrome.

Any advice?
