Had a first round interview scheduled for a large CPG brand. My interviewer never called me, and I emailed following up to confirm the call. It’s been over a day and no response. What is going on with recruiters? I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt, but not even an email back saying “something came up” or “we’ve moved on” ? I’ve been ghosted after every final interview during my recent job search, but never had I been ghosted before even having the first call??

In OAH the NCP has submitted no actual earnings only hand written sched c (Uber). NCP lied under oath about how pmt for the car was made. Said a friend paid for it and he is paying a friend back. I have bank evidence that shows every car pmt came from NCP Bank and only deposits were from Uber. Problem is the car was paid off in 2018 and the CSO was from 2018. Completed onsite interviews for the TAM role and recruiter gave me feedback that my technical depth wasn’t up to par for the role but my googleness/leadership and GCA interview feedback was stellar so they plan to propose me for Cloud PM roles instead. I've been engaged in the Google SWE interview process for the last couple months. Just got confirmation today I passed Hiring Committee and will go into team matching.

Wanted to know, is an offer likely at this point or is it a coin toss? I am open to most locations and most areas of work aside from cloud and mobile, but am willing to be more flexible if need be.

Got an offer within Product Ops (Mt View) for L4, 145k base, 15% bonus, 185k equity (33/33/22/12), 15 sign on. One competing offer (that is lower) and only MBB promotion to Engagement manager in a few months as leverage point. Any fish guidance on how the offer fares up / how to proceed / what comp I should push for?
