I know TC is salary+ bonus spread over 2 years and stocks that vest after 4. What happens year 3? Is there an annual bonus from year 3 on? Is stock granted after the initial bonus? It was lower than I expected, and we ended that call positively as I needed some time to consider, and we agreed to follow up in a few days. It’s now been a week and both recruiters have been unresponsive. Did I just lose this offer bc I tried to negotiate a more equitable comp pack, or is it a slow process?

Is there any intel you would ask your recruiter before your loop that they may give you as help or advice?
