Can anyone at Amazon give me some insight into a Sr. Product Manager (tech) salary works as well as other perks and bonuses. I know TC is salary+ bonus spread over 2 years and stocks that vest after 4. What happens year 3? Is there an annual bonus from year 3 on? Is stock granted after the initial bonus? The salaries seem generous for the first few years but then what? Thanks!

Finished my loop for a marketing role 2 weeks ago, and got an email the next day that they wanted to give me an offer. Had my initial call with recruiter to put the offer together. It was lower than I expected, and we ended that call positively as I needed some time to consider, and we agreed to follow up in a few days. It’s now been a week and both recruiters have been unresponsive. Did I just lose this offer bc I tried to negotiate a more equitable comp pack, or is it a slow process?

Anyone have any insight on the decision making process internally. Like I met with 5 people…is there a grading system the team uses or do you have to have sign off from all interviewers or 4/5? Etc…
