Can anyone explain the process for changing projects? Is there a bench system, or how does it usually work? Thanks!

I have joined Capgemini in the month of July and have never been on bench before. After joining till today (5th sept) I'm on bench. I keep checking internal job posting as will as jobs in R2D2. nothing found yet. Still I'm getting those harsh alert mails mentioning you have get a project within so and so date..as if I have done a crime. So my question is this risky for my career in all and appraisal cycles?

When they say utilization doesn't count for the month of May/June what exactly does that entail? I'm assuming being on the bench for those months will still show on personal utilization reports...

I have joined Nagarro almost a year now as a senior architect. However, I see lot of issues here. The company is great so far as employee friendliness is concerned. It may be rated as the top most company in that regard and that is why attrition is well within control. However, there are issues:

1. Project Allocation - allocated to projects without fitment with the role or skills. No internal job portal

2. Lots of seniors in bench for long time

3. No way to give company feedback

When y’all have bench trials, what are typical awards?

Here in my jx, in little league/entry level court, it’s pretty typical judges award 2x the medical bills.

Anyone was able to switch from an MBB to another within a year? Have horrible first few months, with over 60% of my time on bench.

I'm feeling incredibly anxious and honestly depressed right now because of work. I had already been feeling demotivated and wanting to leave but I was told on Monday that I was being out on probation for one year (I am not going into detail on this). And now my manager is pressing me about finding a new project role as I have been on the bench for more than a month, and one possible one may require travel. I just want to get out of my job now and hear back from the 10+ applications I have now.

I received an offer from big 4 with 60% hike. My managers wants to retain and I asked them to match if you want me to be retained.
Now I got a call from GPM yesterday. He used harsh words like "being greedy" "selfish" etc and offered me 30% in the end.
I politely declined but he asked me to reconsider as he said "it would be unfair for the org for you to leave so soon."

Let me know a proper response.

Also what do you think of this behavior by GPM?
