I have an interview with Korn Ferry for an associate principal role and am curious about others’ experiences have been with work-life balance here. In final stage interview for Product Manager position at Early Stage VC startup. The company convo is coming up soon and I am looking at asking 140K base, 20K sign on, and 40K equity. Is this reasonable am I selling myself short (or too high), I’m coming from consulting.
