Can anyone please share comp ranges for Visa manager/sr. manager consulting roles?

H1b/ H4 extensions pending and license is expired! DMV says they don’t renew based on receipt…. What can we do?? It can take months, especially for H4!!

Canada PR vs USA H1B visa. I am on H1B in USA with a good job and I have a Canada PR which I thought of using to get more stability in life but as I am running out of time on Canada PR it’s making me anxious if I should stay in the USA or move to Canada. I've been a government attorney for nearly three years now and have worked in the same office/division since I passed the bar. I've yet to receive a promotion other than two cost of living increases (in sum, a pay increase of 6k over 3 years). I know this is meager, but I'm mostly ok with it, I just want to see some recognition. On the other hand, it's hard for me to imagine negotiating because (given my inexperience), I don't feel I'd be able to do better anywhere else. Any advice?

Hello everyone, need a help from you.

Previously my HRA amount was 96000 per annum so I was submitting a rental agreement of full hra without giving pan card details of myself and first party.

Now I have recently joined a new company and here hra is 2.7LPA.

How can I claim the full hra amount? I live in a rented house where agreement is between owner and my dad. Also owner will not accept for a fake agreement too.

I know if you are a US citizen you pay taxes where you are globally, but if you are British, then you only pay income tax on UK income - so if you live more than half the year abroad you are classed as non-domicile resident, but wanted to hear if anyone’s done this or heard about it?
