Hi Everyone !!!
This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

Hi there, I have 3.5 YOE working for NHS Finance. I applied to Deloitte Risk Advisory, Public Sector (London, UK) and was successful. Waiting to hear back with package offer but it’s been over 2 weeks - was told they may offer M2 grade, any ideas what this is?
I’m also interviewing for Senior consultant role also at Deloitte. How much would this typically pay?
Torn whether to stay within NHS as I will be getting an internal promotion or move to Deloitte.

Been with Deloitte 6 years, and love it! D1 got it right... Here are a few more details
- you do not pay into the pension... It is solely funded by the firm
- if your balance is over $30k you don't take it with you... They pay it as an annuity when you reach retirement age
- the initial funding is about $5k after you've completed a year
- each year it grows by 3-4% interest on the balance
- they also add to your balance each year using a formula to determine what percent times your base pay to add (but it doesn't get taken out of your check); basically your age plus number of years at the firm divided by 10 (i.e. I am 41 with 6 years at deloitte is 4.7%). So 4.7% times my base pay is the amount deloitte credits to my pension balance... Give or take. I simplified it a little.

Hey , I can help. Deloitte has a pension plan in which the firm invests on a regular basis. I am not sure about the amount they add and what period but after spending 3 years at Deloitte I have $10k in my pension plan. The vesting period for the plan is 3 years. For example you spent 2.5 yrs and you leave Deloitte and your pension plan has 7.5 k you get 0. If you complete 3 yrs and leave then you get a physical letter from the pension team asking where and how you’d like the payment. Hope this helps!
**You get the physical mail within 10 business days
Interested as well. Following.
Also they fund it 100% and factors that feed into are your age and your position with in the firm. For me it makes up what that lack in funding the 401k
I wouldn’t go into thinking of it as a huge perk - just imagine it as some free money on the side that won’t really ever amount to anything meaningful.

You will be forced before vesting. Don’t fact in pension in your decision.
