Fluctuates heavily week to week. Some weeks when you are trying to wrap up deals it can be 70-80 hours, other weeks you can be light while waiting on data, deals slowing down etc. you just need to be flexible with your schedule cause it can shift day to day
9am to 11pm-2am. Take off 30 minute break for lunch. Take off 2 hours off from 8:30 to 10:30 for gym+commute. I get around 12+ billable a day but it’s been busier than usual.

^This is the correct answer for most people. KPMG 1’s response is a bit misleading. You may have to work like that for MAYBE a week per month. But if you’re working like that consistently for months, then something is wrong.

Agree with EY1 - that is the exception not the rule. Average effective utilization for the year is typically around 80%-85% for senior-SM (yes some people above, some below).
Wouldn’t the location matter too? I’d imagine working in NYC, the hours would be worse compared to maybe like Houston?
