Everyone seems to be so so close, but not in a healthy way. Some over share their problem with their spouse, some appear to only have their colleagues as their main circle of friends, which in return make things really hard for you when you say the wrong thing or try to set your own boundaries

How's it like working for PwC India as SAP Functional Senior Associate?
I have a 5.3y work ex with ACN, as a FSCM consultant (L10 currently, was assured of a L9 effective March, but declined due to growing poor culture within ACN).
Got an offer from PwC India
Current TC: 9.5 LPA.
PwC Offered TC: 19 LPA.
IBM Offered Fixed: 17 LPA
IBM would be a smooth drive, but skeptical to join PwC given the WLB issues, as a lot of folks say.

Any thoughts, comments would be really helpful!

I joined in November last year and have been communicated by coach that performance wise I am Tier 2. How much hike can a Tier 2 rating fetch this June? Though my probabtion will end this month.

I had my first round of interview on 8 Feb with PwC AC and a deck submission. Yet to hear back from the HR. Am i still in reconsideration? Should I drop a follow up mail/call or I'm ghosted.
