They never revealed to colleagues about their marriage and not sure about HRs.

Is there any consequences? What to do if we know about them after a year ? Is it good to speak to them ? Or is it better to inform HR ?

A. >75% iOS users denied tracking. They are no longer tracked across websites/apps. Facebook lost its edge.
B. Targeting and conversion tracking aren't as effective anymore.
C. Many advertisers have been migrating their budgets from Facebook to Apple and Amazon ads.
