I have an offer with a company and joining is 27th of Jun. I got offer from JP Morgan on 20th and they have given joining 4th of July. I am planning to join in JP Morgan. If left my previous offer, i will have only JP Morgan. Will I have any risk to keep JP Morgan offer alone? Once we get offer from JP Morgan, is ther any chance of cancel the offer? I have 9 years of overall experience and past 2 years with Oracle, I am in SAAS based apps, Recently I got 5 rating in the appraisal and Manager asked what is the number you are expecting ?
Any idea what to quote either percentage / LPA ?

Which one should I go for?

1. Oracle - 18.3 LPA fixed + probable bonus (I may or may not get)
2. Amadeus - 18 fixed + 1.5 variable.

Amadeus is also giving joining bonus of 75k. Amadeus is paying more, may give better hikes too, but I am finding it hard to let go off Oracle's brand name on my resume even if it's means around 2L less over an year. I am planning to work for atleast 3 years in my next company.

What would you have done in my place? Should I go for Oracle or Amadeus?
