Can one work for another company while on maternity leave if its part time or work from home jobs ? Will both companies accept this or should we not show the current company in the resume?

Being Desi my mom has always had opinion on what I wear and how I dress up . We are planning for baby shower and she mentioned that she has few Sarees that she shopped and would send it over. I told her that I want to choose what I like though she agreed with it I feel guilty that I am making a decision . Went from a big firm to work for a smaller firm. The people in the smaller firm are protective of their work and are good by their work too. I no longer feel chaos or stress. I am treated with respect and my schedule is more normal. I am even working more billable hours than before, but it feels like a seamless experience. I don’t work then past 5pm or anything out of the ordinary for this time of the year. I am so grateful!

I am not sure if u should attend the interview or not at GDS.
When I shared this scenario with my EY IN HR, she said please don't attend it may create conflict and you may also get blacklisted.

EY GDS HR is like, you can attend the interview, there's no problem at all. We don't have such a policy. Please suggest what decision I should make.
