Hi guys, Need your opinion!!! How is Innovaccer as compared to ZS in terms of work, wlb etc? I have been working with zs from more than 3 yrs but not liking here anymore, everything's seems to be monotonous and i feel a lot has been changed in ZS culture post covid. It isn't the same as it was earlier.. :(

Yes bro, surely. Ask for nothing less than 40LPA.
That's what I said. The HR said that out of budget. I have given the Highest possible
Is is offering 38.5
This is one way of reducing the CTC while negotiating. It happened with me where I was interviewed for L4 position in a firm but later was offered L3 position after getting selected.
After clearing 4 difficult rounds, you are already fatigued and by getting such feedback, your mind tends to think 'Maybe I am yet to be fit for that role'. But I believe this is a new way to negotiate with the associates.
You can always play hardball saying this was 'agreed' before the interview process but what has changed now.

9 YoE and they interviewed you for a VP role? That's amazing bro, congratulations! The salary they provided looks appropriate for the YoE though, infact a bit on the higher side. Try and negotiate for more though, no harm. Also, ask them why they downgraded you to SM role and not VP role. For the VP role, the salary range would be higher like 37-60+ and you will be on the lower side of the range but with ample room to expand your salary with good performance.

You can always tell them, what will a techie do with banking knowledge? I mean how will it help, ultimately the business team is the one which calls the shots and they won't change their stand because a techie told them to? And it ain't like they are relying on you to tell them how to run their business?
