Hi Fishes,
I Will be Joining PWC AC B as SA2 on Sept 2,2022. Just want to know about Appraisal cycle. Is it Mid Year or Annual appraisal process. Also, will I be eligible for next appraisal cycle ? Tried asking the same Question to HR, but didn't get a proper response. She just mentioned as per company policy.

Which is better to join @capgemini or @BNY?
Advice needed - boyfriend has almost 3.5 years of finance experience at a bank. Interviewed for PwC valuation senior associate and now recruiter says they want to hire him at “experienced associate” because he has no valuation experience. Is this too big of a step backwards in career? Should he push back and see if it gets him anywhere? If he does accept Associate, is it reasonable to ask for written, definitive timeline (1 year?) for promo to Senior upon meeting standards? Help!

Guys there’s this boot camp that I came across that trains people to get jobs in Top consulting firms and has a fee plan wherein you pay once you get placed. I just wanted to know if someone here has any experience with this ?

My process was shorter (NA Oct 2021 with 2 referrals and previous consulting experience): Recruiter screen. Round 1: 30 min phone case, Round 2 (final) 3 normal interviews (PEI + case). No online game.
SO went through the process. He had a recruiter phone screen, the problem solving online game, a 30 min phone screen first round with 1 case, then 4 interviews as the final round (PEI+case for each). Not much easier than undergrad recruiting
I am an experienced hire and had to go through the full process. I do recommend having someone pull you from the inside so you can get past the AI resume screening.
Are the rounds back to back cases or are they spread throughout the day? As I understand first round is with a consultant at the level you are applying for, and second round is with partners. Is that right? For partner rounds are there multiple partners on one call or is each case 1:1?
Cool thanks!
