Currently I work with our account leads (Senior Managers not higher leadership) and clients to align scope with future releases, create project schedules, work with dev teams and functionals to ensure delivery and get status updates (lead big meetings of 40-50+ so a very visible role). I escalate any issues and blockers and present potential solutions for leads to sign off on. Managing multiple releases simultaneously and working with cross tenant dependencies. Is this the PMO implementation role that is so notoriously hated? I’m at Accenture Federal btw
PMO is more management of processes and adherence to those processes. So for example, if there's a requirement that Jira tickets get updated weekly, the PMO might have someone who monitors adherence to that requirement. They create the framework the company uses to manage projects, including scoping and change management processes, but they only sometimes actually manage the projects.
You're moreso doing what I've seen called a product manager or program manager type of role. It'd probably be relatively easy for you to transition to product management in tech, or project management in tech implementation based on this info.

if your end goal is big tech or manager at acn, not much of a point jumping now. 40% might seem life changing but you'll probably have faster progression just staying at acn or waiting for the next opportunity to jump. just because you got an offer, doesn't mean you should take it. also jumping too frequently looks bad too
