Can someone help to understand petrol claim submission in optum under flexi salary submission.

1)What are the car proofs do we need to submit while declaration? Do we need to submit car RC details?
2) Can I claim petrol bills if I am using my father car to office ?
3) Can we put car insurance as part of maintainance?
4) if we want to claim for ev car can we submit power bill of home for monthly claim of 5000?

6 months pregnant and just laid off. And 40% of my severance was just taken in taxes .. I just spoke with paid family leave and I no longer qualify even though I had been paying into the program (thanks NY).. I already applied for unemployment but doctors are telling me I’ve got 10-14 weeks left in this pregnancy.. so stressed having twins and being unemployed, no maternity leave, no paychecks coming in, and I’ve been applying but not a single interview.. just ugh. 😭

Hi Everyone. I completed my 1 year in EY in October 2022. And in my profile, they have updated it to Senior Analyst now. But that was a progression that happens every year and I have not received the incremented salary.
