In spite of having applied for many jobs at Citi (including the referrals), I have not got any calls from Citi.
I do not understand what's wrong with my profile ! I do get calls from other Captives but not from the Citi.
Are there any hacks to get calls from Citi ? Citi @citibank

I am about to receive an offer from ADP Hyd. I have 12+ YOE. What is the grade that will be best suited as per my exp? I'm in AWS, My current sal is , 23L base 13L JB 100 RSU (comprising 29L ) should I get 48L from ADP? I already have an offer of 32L fixed+10L variable + 6.4L JB from Accenture as L7 Mgr/Sol Arch. Among Accenture & ADP what would be better? (I personally feel as Accenture is purely a service based organisation, a higher salary would be a little risky, not sure thou) ADP Accenture

After g3l1 ther is g3l2 and then g4l1, g4l2, etc g4 is manager level, g5 is director
One thing to note is in the coming years you wont get much hike because for your band you are on the higher range.

And No, ADP is not good enough to let go of such great offers. Go for that better offer, almost twice the offer of ADP.
Talking of ADP, Yes, you will easily find people staying for 10 yrs, but that doesn’t mean much. Only plus point is, there is very low risk of layoff here. But otherwise, not that great. WLB is gradually going for a toss, there are lots of cost saving measures (resources front). There is some flexibility in working, like you can leave early and connect from home a few days (not always!). And specially for women folks, there are additional relaxations about leaving early aspects. Work environment is NOT toxic, as does happen in some organisations. Tech stack is usually good. But other than that, there is nothing that great.
Those who are okay with no growth, may stay here for long, because once you learn the tech stack and business, it becomes easier, but then annual hikes less, tech learning too may get limited after a few yrs.
G3L1 is usually designated “Consultant”, and G3L2 is designated “Sr Consultant”, though there may be other designations too at these same levels (depending upon area of working etc). “Sr Consultant” is like senior-most guy at individual team level. But above that, there are a few more designations like “Principal Application Developer”, and “Sr Principal Application Developer”. These roles are Architect level role (not same, there is separate Architect designations sequence too), these guys may be expected to work with multiple teams.

@sse chill work depends on the team and manager, there are folks who are working late to meet the deadlines, but compared with other companies the overall wlb is good. You are saying you got 50 % hike from other company, i don't know the company name to comment if it is okay to join ADP because of wlb.

The other org name is Evernorth which recently started in April this year.
Ahh, I know both these organisations😄 I would suggest to join Evernorth. It is much lesser known/reputed than ADP, but you can easily work there for 2 yrs and then decide to switch. Evernorth will have little lesser/easier workload for initial period (5-12 months).
Both of them have 3 months notice period, so in that aspect both are bad.
P.S.- In Evernorth, you would also get free meals and transport and opd and outside Gym subscriptions etc. If you add all that, it would easily amount to 2-3 lakhs worth of benefits.
