I just got an email from a recruiter from Google!
Omgomgomgomg
He said that the position is in the Bay Area or New York. I haven’t replied the email. I don’t think we can move to those cities, but I don’t want to lose this opportunity. Does anyone know if Google does remote jobs within US?
Anyone here from ACN Strategy?

Yooo are we gonna roast decades like that?
Logan's so three thousand and eight, Dupont's so two thousand and late.
DuPont was the epicenter of gay life and all the good things that come with that about 20 years ago. Since then, local culture has been pushed out by obscene rents and replaced by chains and, most recently, homeless tents. Logan and (probably even more so) Shaw are, in many ways, what DuPont used to be.
OP, if you take a look at the crime cards link, you can find the number of violent crimes (eg homicides, assaults with a dangerous weapon) by location. Data speaks for itself.
Logan will have more young people, is a more popular destination for restaurants and bars. DuPont has all of that too, but beyond the strip of clubs of CT Ave between the circle and K st and I guess to some extend the bars / restaurants on 17th (Dukes, Astoria, Hanks, etc), has a much less lively f&b scene. Both have nice residential areas / options.
They’re right next to each other so either should be generally walking accessible regardless of which you pick. Would assume Logan has better living options (where I live so a little biased)
Better Metro access in Dupont.
I agree on metro access, but the restaurants/nightlife around Logan Circle are <3

Any other neighborhoods you would recommend instead??
I’ve lived in Capitol hill and dupont. I like living in dupont, it’s very convenient to walk to most of the food and nightlife in Logan, U, and admo. I liked running in Capitol hill and if you have a dog there’s more parks etc. Dupont just feels classic dc while Logan feels like the new kid on the block but that’s just vibes
