I have received offer from Qualcomm. They haven't mentioned about relocation bonus or accommodation in the offer letter. I have tried reaching the hr since the next day of hr round but they haven't responded to my calls or mails. Any advice on how to get accommodation and relocation bonus. Or is it not possible anymore? FYI I'm in city x and the offered position is in city y of another state.
Update :
After several follow ups Hr have agreed they will give the relocation bonus and reimbursement
Hi fishes,
Why TCS is so rude and self proclaimed kinda. I declined TCS offer last year as they were giving very less CTC. Now I got interviewed again with TCS and cleared all the rounds but they are not reactivating my ibegin portal for document upload since I rejected them last year...in this way u think they will never ever reactivate my profile.

Manager -> Senior manager -> associate director -> director -> senior/executive director -> VP is generally the structure
I agree with this hierarchy. Some groups may have less roles, for example my group doesn’t have senior manager but in general should be the same.
I don't know about AZ specifically but usually in pharma managers don't actually manage anyone and tend to be entry level positions.
Yeah I worked at AZ and in marketing, access strategy, etc. manager is usually at the bottom of the hierarchy. Ms and SMs (and sometimes ADs) under a D, a few Ds under an SD, and so on
Manager is the entry level position for post-grad folks in most of pharma. If you have an MBA, PhD or something like that, you should get at least manager right out of school.
With today's market, I am offer people with 12-18m consulting experience senior manager roles (even if they don't have a good grade degree)
Some places also have associate manager - which is entry level for people w grad degrees (or rotational programs)
