If you start as a Program Manager, how/when do you begin to advise people as a people lead? I’ve heard Program Managers are not people leads. All these weddings are blowing my mind and budget. I've had 5 weddings so far this year with several more to go by EoY. On top of that I've been asked to be in a lot of them which adds additional time commitment and cost. The cost of a bachelor party + shitty men's warehouse suit rental + travel and airbnb for the weekend + couple hundred bucks for wedding gift means I'm blowing tons of money for these weddings but I feel bad to say no.
