a) applying from Ca will actually get my application tossed out the window

I’m looking to transition from an academic medical center to pharma or a biotech. I have about 8 years of clinical research experience overall — 7 years combined as a CRC (CRC I, CRC II, and senior CRC) and 1 year as a PM. I’m also recently ACRP-CP certified.

Travel and TTC combo haven’t worked. After 6 months, the only offer I got included 4 weeks paid and FLMA only after 1 year. So 1) go and risk laughable benefits or 2) stay but risk TTC. So shitty 😭

1. Do they pay this amount regardless of whether you are in the work location ?

I have nothing that would come back on that check, any reason to wait for it to clear? I’d rather give notice before so that I’m giving myself more time off in between jobs... Thoughts?
