A former client director colleague has gone in-house as CMO. They are now asking me (currently ECD) to join and set up an agency-like creative team to up-level everything from brand to sales materials. It's a good mgmt opp and good creative is a definite possibility, but I'm conflicted. I bought CER006 on Nov 21 with my current company email id and completed one certification. I am leaving my current organization and I still have 9+ months time left for CER006. My company says the s user id provided by them will get de-activated once I leave (in a week). I have not claimed the amount also. Is there any way I can transfer the certification to my personal email I'd so that I can write other exams in time left?

Need your suggestions, today as i was going through tinder app I found one girl whose phone, designation was mentioned on the profile and I did swipe right. Later on I just went to Linkedin and checked with Name and designation , and to my luck I found the exact profile, I am able to verify the profile because the photo on tinder and Linkedin matches. So should i message her on linkedin that I saw her profile on tinder and hence reaching out here?
