If I tell my lender that I'm a non-Permanent Resident Alien, would there be any issues vis a vis rates? or actual approval?

Would you consider pulling money through cash out refi and using it? I get nervous for stocks being so high. I have a few properties in pipeline already. How would you suggest using it (if at all).

Unwise to offer no appraisal contingency? Going to offer above asking price on a house with multiple bids. Realtor suggested potentially foregoing appraisal contingency to show we’re committed to closing. We have a lot of cash but wouldn’t it be a red flag if the house doesn’t appraise for the full value? How risky is it if we’re only paying 10-15k above asking? Any other considerations? Thanks!

I have access to $600k in interest-only (~3%) funds from parent's line of credit. Trying to optimize allocation. I'm closing on a $540k house in TX, looking to Airbnb it for $3k+ a month. With rising interest rates, I'm considering investing in another house in the Bay Area when prices drop. Wondering if I should pay the TX house in cash & take out a mortgage for the CA house, or split the $600k across both and take out 2 mortgages, or pay off the TX house and use a HELOC for the CA house.
