Can someone who has been through Slalom interview phase please guide me on what to expect during an Interview with the Managing Director(MD) ? How should I prepare for this? I hear MD one is formality but I am not taking any chances.

I am going for a Senior Principal - D & A in UK. I already did 2 interviews, 1 upcoming with Practice Area Lead tomorrow and MD on Friday.

I’m 40 and recently transitioned to UX/Product Design. I completed a bootcamp, continue to improve my skills. I network, have coffee chats, attend virtual events, iterated my portfolio and resume. Everyone that I’ve spoken too so far say that I’m doing everything right and that my non-traditional background is an advantage. So why am I still unemployed?
