I was making ~$138K working for CVS as a PIC with a base schedule of 44hrs/week. I was coming early and staying late so it was closer to 60hrs/week. The unsafe work environment and poor QOL made me quit less than a year after taking the position.
I am now making $130K with an online pharmacy working from mostly from home 40hrs a week with flexible schedule and unlimited PTO.

like

Which online pharmacy? How is that like? Is it mail order?

6 yoe, Walmart full time south Louisiana (working about 90 hours per two weeks, not including paid lunches everyday, 4-6k annual bonus) was getting +$15/hour for working past 48 hours in two weeks. $217k for year 2021

like

Thank you for sharing. Are you a staff RPh or a PIC?

6 years of experience if you count 1 year residency. Started at $67/hr and now at $88/hr. Working in the emergency department as a pharmacist specialist. The big change was because I got BCPS in 2017 (my first year working) and at the time my employer was offering a $5 /hr differential for taking if but instead I got a $4/hr base pay raise. Then the next year a $2-$3 corporate raise plus a $2-$3 market adjustment. Then yearly step raises of about $2/hr. This year my boss fought his ass off and got us another market adjustment on top of the step raise so came out to about $7/hr. I’m in central CA, just north of Los Angeles.

Yes curious too, FT or PT? And which field in pharmacy? Retail? Hospital? Etc?

independent pharmacy no benefits $52/ hr about 100-120 rx’s per day. left chain store at $65 per hour and horrendous work conditions. previous independent at $65 per hour, 1199 union and benefits and that was about 10 years ago in nyc area

27 years experience. Last year I was laid off from LTC at $64ish/hr (~134k).
Had a temp job last fall/winter immunizing at the 3 letter (but employed by a temp agency) for $66/hr.
Currently working part time at a cannabis dispensary for $60/hr. I’m in the northeast.

Yes, I just started at the dispensary 2 months ago. I love it, I wish they had full time hours for me. I have a lot to learn, but I’m getting there.

Working in the PNW as FT LTC pharmacist for $56/hr. Almost 3 years experience total

2 yoe, Phoenix, inpatient, FT, $52/hr

2yoe, Virginia, home infusion FT $125k salaried.Works at 3 letter retail prn at $58/hr

Bay Area, 2 yoe, retail PIC $70/hr

Philadelphia, 4 yoe, $56/hrs.

19 yoe, Central Kentucky, managed care FT 152K

Health system admin making $81/hr plus annual bonus. 20 years experience, residency trained and dual board certified.

No admin residency. BCPS and BCPPS. Worked my way up.

Philadelphia, 3 yoe at $55/h

FL... $51/hr in hospital. No residency or board certification....w/benefits.. Also $9-14/hr on top of base pay for overnight shifts

I work at an independent retail pharmacy on the UES NYC. I work 36 hrs/week (my choice, I cut down from 40 hours when the pandemic hit). I make about $60/hr. But the commute from Queens is 1 to 1.5 hours. Trying to find something closer to home and something more fulfilling.

4 yoe (3 years in retail), travel pharmacist in a hospital in a small town, $86/hour plus OT (2x) plus tax free stipend. no benefits.

10 yoe. Managed care rph. $172k plus 15% bonus

Dang, are you in a large metro? Cali?

When you recruiters say at the end of a 15 min call.
“I will get back to you by the end of this week” does that really mean “your not right for this position”? Because this whole thing is a waste of time.
