Hi! I think you shouldn’t wait and should go ahead and apply now. However, you just want to make sure your resume is geared to what they want to see. Be sure to include anything and everything you’ve done with cloud regardless if it’s aws or not. You definitely want to write up your resume geared towards solution owner type roles if you can. Be sure you talk about agile and size of the projects you’ve managed etc.
I would also go ahead and apply to aws partners i.e., slalom if they’re hiring and also the big4.
You seem pretty flexible, so I’d just go anyplace where you’ll get the most cloud exposure (sounds like that’s what you want). Actually check out google too, they’ll take peeps that don’t know GCP but are will to learn too.
