Dilemma of Two Job Offers
• I am a fresher chemical engineering student, and I have two offers.
• One is as a production engineer in a mid-to-big company, and the other is as a process engineer in a small EPC.
• Which is better for me and my long-term career?

4YOE @Amazon & trying to lateral to a similar role @FAANG. Have my undergrad GPA (3.8/4) on resume from top 15 school but colleague says to take it off (looks silly). If it’s a good school & high GPA, why ever take it off your resume? Even if 10 YOE...can’t hurt?
