Should I got for
7ARM - 4.25% interest rate
30 fixed - 4.75 % interest rate

Banker is recommending 7ARM but wanted to get general opinion as well.

Is a person who is promoted to Manager in September eligible for L1-A visa in October, if he or she has worked for little more than a year in another country?

From 15th November will TCS employee need to report to "ODC Location"?
