Cisive says they couldn’t verify my current employment and will contact my employer in 5 days. I already provided payslips from current and previous employers. I’m fine with them contacting my employer, but why did they reject the documents I sent? Has anyone faced this before or know why this happens?

I worked 2m for startup company and absconded due to bitter experience from Jun'21 - July'21 , later immediately joined to another company Aug'21 to present(under notice period). Now I got offer with comcast and will moving on Jan'23. I'm bit worried because I don't have releiving letter for those 2m but all other records are clear with me(includes to company I'm currently serving notice period). I yet to reveal this 2m to my Hr.
