I'm going from working at a non IT industry to an IT firm. As an introvert I've faced a lot of difficulty in my career... Curious what’s a fair salary in MA? Was just told that there is likely not going to be a chance for a raise during my upcoming performance review due to my salary already being “above average for the industry” based on my employer’s questionable research. I'm concerned because the leave encashment & other things totally depends on the basic salary.
