Can I have some advice on how to lose 4-6 pounds? 

I was in my ideal body weight until the last couple of months when I gained weight (I stopped working out and I was not eating healthy at all). I retook IF, healthy eating & exercise (HIIT mostly) to start off the year - I know 2-3 weeks is nothing but I'm getting frustrated because it's been easier for me to lose weight in the past yet I'm not sure why I see no changes this time. If anything I feel more flabbier and soft.

For context, I saw one derm for a mole and he referred me to a different derm. This visit already cost $350 with insurance. Now I’m scheduling first a consultation with derm 2 and his office is not giving me a quote for the consultation. I’m worried that this consultation plus the removal will run into thousands of dollars.
