Just to be in a proper position to negotiate/expect, how much can I make with 1.8 YOE in the current market for a full stack developer. Excluding the likes of MAANG or alike paying companies. What is the ideal salary and the max I can make at this YOE. Please someone reply to this , it will be helpful for me.

They are giving 15 percent variable as well.

I'm not in sales per se but I manage my company's largest wholesale account ($150 million per/yr account). It's a great company, awesome culture, good benefits, flexibility, but the pay is not great ($60K/yr). Does working at a generalist IB shop put you at a significant disadvantage versus an industry specific bank when it comes to exiting to Corp Dev?

Wondering if anyone can provide rough comp estimates (base + bonus) for corp dev roles at the senior analyst / manager level in a HCOL city). My background is Manager with 6 YoE in B4 across FDD, turnaround / restructuring, and valuation.

Interviewing for a junior role on a deal team. Part of the interview will entail a business case analysis. What should I expect and how to prepare?
