Sorry just saw this and remembered FP&A just got off a long meeting so for a role we have in Charlotte and NYC that is 6+YOE with 3+ management experience years and the TC for this role is maxed out at $300k. So it would make sense to be around 250ish if you have less management experience but they should bring you to that point (280ish) by 3-4 years of management experience
I don’t think your salary should be keeping you there to be honest. You are getting around the going market rate for your skill set and should find a nice role with similar or perhaps slightly better pay while also getting WLB

Plus how much do you value cutting hours worked by 1/3 and mental health.
You seem to have a pretty good paying company. I’m also in NY but looking to jump. Do they pay SFAs well?
Your company is definitely above average. But the other thing you need to consider is your mental health. You have a potential and good future ahead of you. So, if it becomes unbearable, you can always start looking for a job elsewhere.
