Companies really need to be serious with these job descriptions. My job that I got straight out of college asks for three years of experience plus a college degree. My friend’s Job that she also got straight out of college asked for four years of experience plus a college degree. These are entry-level jobs. Stop lying on the job description. You do not need more than a bachelors degree to be an analyst anywhere. And, you should not need more than two years of experience to be a senior analyst
