I’m an Analyst, and I was looking at opportunities at Microsoft as a Business Program Manager. It says it wants you to have 5+ years of experience, but someone I went to college with got that position straight out of undergrad less than two years ago. How true are the requirements at Microsoft?

Hi Fishes.. 6 yoe in SAP SD, i got 2 offers one from Wipro14 lpa role tech lead and other from Infosys for 16lpa role consultant.. i feel in Wipro the role is good but package is very less and in Infosys the role less for my experience and package can also be revised.. what can i do.. need your valuable inputs if i can negotiate with anyone of the company or which i can choose.. My sister had received an offer letter for the "Functional Consulting - Analyst" role on 7th September, 2021. Been over a year now but have not heard back anything.

Although when we were able to get in touch with an HR, we were assured that we would be receiving a call letter after a month/week but that was 4-6 months back... No correspondence since then.

Anyone in a similar situation? Is there a clear way to know when the call letter would be released?
