Compared to your colleagues are you more or just as educated? I realize I am more but there was some with masters degrees but I’m wondering if we earn around the same regardless.

Any advice on renegotiating my salary? I’m a compounding pharmacist and i also float to other stores while also being solely responsible for the compounding pharmacy. Why is there a global hiring freezing in hp when it may open ?

I had a first interview last Tuesday with Amazon, which I think went well, although I still haven't heard back 6 days later and then got an OOO annual leave msg and a no response when I chased up the named colleague today. Is this typical behaviour others have experienced when dealing with the big tech company recruiters? I found Google and Facebook recruiters to be efficient and TikTok so-so, if not a little slow, but 6 days+ seems poor.
