Completed my discussion with compensation team last week Friday and they informed that they'll inform recruiter. Today I didn't get any update. By when can i expect to receive the offer letter?

Can someone help us to find genuine consultancy who can file H1/L1.

How long does HCL take to release the offer?

I have taken the interview on 27th July 2022 and next day I got an update that I am selected and I will be connected by HR for further proceedings.

With all details I have shared, I have been told that the approvals are pending and the offer will get released soon.

Now, they have mentioned it will be released next week.

I have a friend who just started a new job-went from a big ad agency to a small start up. The boss at the new job wants to create the company website to show generic work. No actual clients, just work with made up company names. They have many clients that they work with-but won’t show them online. I have never heard of this? Why would someone do that? Isn’t it counterproductive to show fake companies and work? How can they discourage their boss that’s not a good idea without offending them?

Need some feedback! So I was forced to move jobs about 6 months ago due to reorg and the new leader opting to bring their existing EA with them, without even meeting me. If stayed at the company but accepted an offer for a job outside of the department I was in. Got an offer for SE III at a large tech company. Product I'd be working on interests me and I think I could grow more than in my current role.

Currently I make 180k base and have ISO/RSUs @ startup (60k/yr worth on paper, but won't be worth anything for a few years, if at all).

The offer is:
Base: $166,500
Target Bonus: 10% ($16,650)
RSU: 120k total (30k/yr)

Thoughts on offer? Should I counter?

Additionally there's a yearly target RSU bonus about equal to the cash bonus. Thoughts? 4.5 YOE

Asking because, I am leaving IBM GBS, have told my designation as Senior software engineer ( offer letter had it) to the other company, but got to know that designation IBM will be writing on relieving letter will be application developer.
