Confused about the status of my AVP app at Citi. Had 3 interviews and was then scheduled a 4th. It was cancelled the day before and they said they were making a final decision soon. 2 weeks later, I was invited for the 4th interview which went well. It’s been 2 weeks and I still haven't heard back. My app is under “Business Review”. Any insights or advice on what’s happening and my chances of getting the job?

I need your views and suggestions. I have two doubts:
1. Is it fair to leave an organisation (big brand) after a year as the environment is real toxic and there’s no career growth as well in terms of good work.
2. If I have to make a switch do I really have to target big brands only or can try for medium and small size companies too.

Is there any issue, if the designation at the time of offer is different than that of relieving? Asking because, I am leaving IBM GBS, have told my designation as Senior software engineer ( offer letter had it) to the other company, but got to know that designation IBM will be writing on relieving letter will be application developer.
