Considering taking a second WFH job due to economic constraints. Same field but different aspect (one is permanent employees and the other is contract only). One would recruit for multiple businesses (contract), and the other just one. I don’t feel like their conflict, but worried if boss ever found out I kept both they may not feel the same way. Truly interested in just making ends meet and not in getting rich. Am I wrong to risk it? No non competes have been asked for from either party.

I have family members who are inside claims reps for a large company. The company sends out emails 4 times/day showing who is currently not available for calls. To everyone working in claims in the entire country! It’s been a minute since I worked in claims. And never for this particular company. But is this shaming the new way to manage WFH.? Sounds at least toxic.
