Controller offer at Series B VC start up vs. PE backed portfolio company, if my ultimate goal is to work as a fractional controller in 3-4 years on a part time/contract basis, which one should I pick as my last full time role, if cash+equity component is roughly the same (of course PE equity has slight higher chance of meaning something but lower upside than series B startup).
