Could anyone help provide following inputs on Slalom Consulting Client Partner Director role in Toronto office:
1- Women leadership
2- Pay range for Client Partner Director
3- Culture in general (fully aware that culture is also a big function of the team one lands with and who one reports to)
4- WLB (heard it’s a tad better than in big 4)
Don’t have answers on all of these but here’s what I got:
1. We have some incredible women leaders across the various practices. Fantastic role models for all. Though there isn’t a parity in their counts.
3. As a wider Toronto office, the culture is quite nice. Lots of incredibly smart people that are fun to work with. The culture has taken a hit with the slump we have been in over the last 2 years. We also lost a lot of folks which were a huge part of our culture. All said, 7/10
4. WLB is significantly better compared to the big 4. No expectations to be working round the clock, no false urgencies, an expectation for folks to enjoy a WLB in their lives. Not to say that it doesn’t happen, there’s the occasional late evening but over the last 2 years I’d be hard pressed to find weeks I have worked more than 50 hours.
